We are an information and support group founded in 2000 for people who are the parents, carers or partners of Adults and young people with Aspergers Syndrome(AS) and high functioning Autism in the Sheffield City Region.
We have a Committee which organises meetings, events and social activities for adults and young people with Asperger’s Syndrome/high functioning Autism – the A Team.
Asperger's syndrome (AS) is a form of autism, a lifelong disability that affects the way a person communicates, and relates to others.

For Support and to Talk to others and find out more about Aspergers Syndrome, please come along to one of our meetings. We meet on the Third Wednesday of each Month at 7.00 PM in the meeting room at the Michael Carlisle Centre, 75 Osborne Road, Sheffield, S11 9BF ( access is at the back of the building on Lyndhurst Road) This is the base for the Sheffield Adult Autism and Neurodevelopment Service. Please note this is our new address effective from Jun 2014.
