We are currently (from Jan 2025) running the following regular face to face events
Snooker
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 7pm to 9pm at the Snooker Club on Sharrowvale Road next to the Lescar Pub. Cost: £9 a session.
We also have a snooker/pool group on the second Tuesday of the month at the same venue.
Socialise at the pub
We meet at a local pub on the first Monday of the month.
Walking Group
We meet up once a month on a Sunday (or sometimes a Saturday or weekday evening) and take public transport to a location near Sheffield. We usually walk about 5-6 miles and take packed lunch with us.
Craft Events We are currently running a face to face craft event each month, at Sharrow Community Centre in Sheffield
International Meals Out One of our members is organising a meal out at a restaurant every other month. He is selecting a range of different international cuisines each time.
Board Games One of our members is running a board games group at the Tree House once a month
We also currently have two regular on-line events each month
Social Group At this group we just meet up online and do a range of activities including games/puzzles, simple crafts, poetry writing, discussion etc
Discussion Group Once a month we hold a discussion group. We have covered a range of topics including ones about autism itself and how that affects members as well as wider topics such as music, literature, sport etc
